RECODEX (“we,” “us”) respects the privacy of researchers using recodexsystem.com.

Information we collect

• Account & order information: name, email, shipping address you provide when placing an order (Phase 2 — not collected in Phase 1).
• Age-gate attestation: the timestamp and IP of your 21+/research-use acknowledgment, logged when you accept the gate.
• Newsletter signups: the email address you provide to receive launch notifications.
• Contact submissions: name, email, and message text when you contact us.
• Analytics: aggregated, anonymized page-view data via Vercel Analytics (no cookies, no PII).

Cookies

We use one functional cookie: recodex_age_verified, set after you accept the age gate. It expires after 30 days and stores only the value 1. We do not use advertising or tracking cookies.

How we use information

We use your information to fulfill your order (Phase 2), respond to inquiries, send requested communications, and maintain compliance records for age and research-use attestation.

Data retention

Age-attestation logs and order records are retained for 7 years for compliance. Newsletter subscriptions are retained until you unsubscribe.

Children

RECODEX is restricted to qualified researchers age 21 or older. We do not knowingly collect information from anyone under 21.

We may update this policy. Material changes will be posted with an updated effective date.
